Who this covers
This policy describes how Gemini Workforce Solutions ("Gemini," "we," "us") handles information collected through geminiworkforcesolutions.com. Our operating brands run their own sites under their own policies; if you applied through LockLeed International, that site's policy governs what you submitted there.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email, phone, resume contents, work history, the role you applied to, and anything you type into a form.
- Voluntary self-identification. Our application asks, optionally, whether you are a U.S. military veteran. Answering is entirely your choice. It is used to route you to the right recruiter and to measure the reach of our brands. It is not used to screen applicants in or out, and it is not shared with employers as a screening criterion.
- Brand source. We record which of our sites an application came through, so we can tell where our candidates find us.
- Technical data. Standard server and CDN logs — IP address, user agent, referring page, pages requested — retained for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
To evaluate you for roles, to contact you about opportunities, to present you to employers with your permission, to operate and secure the site, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Employers — only for a specific, named opportunity you have agreed to be submitted for.
- Brands within our group — where it helps match you to a role, for example routing a veteran candidate to LockLeed's recruiters.
- Service providers that run our infrastructure: our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn), our hosting and CDN (Cloudflare), and our email delivery provider. They process data on our instructions.
- Legal — where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are used in aggregate to understand which pages help candidates find roles.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained in our applicant tracking system so we can contact you about future openings, which is generally what candidates want. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Use our contact form to access, correct or delete your information, to withdraw from consideration, or to opt out of job-alert emails. Every alert email also carries an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests regardless of whether a specific statute applies to you.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page and its "last updated" date when this policy changes.
