Our commitment

A job board that some people can't use is a job board that quietly excludes them from work. We build this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, real headings, and a skip-to-content link.
• Every job listing rendered as text in the page — not assembled by script — so screen readers and assistive tech get the full board without waiting on JavaScript.
• Keyboard operability throughout, with visible focus indicators on links, buttons, filters and form fields.
• Form fields with associated labels, hints, and status messages announced through live regions.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interface elements; color is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Reduced-motion support — animations and transitions are disabled when your system requests it.
• Responsive layout that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Job descriptions come from our applicant tracking system and are written by our recruiters and employer clients. Occasionally one arrives with formatting that isn't ideal for screen readers. If you hit one, tell us which listing and we'll fix it and send you a clean version the same day.

Applying another way

If any part of this site prevents you from applying, use our contact form — name the role you're interested in and leave a phone number, and a recruiter will take your details directly. You will not be disadvantaged for applying that way.
