John Henka
John Henka is the founder and CEO of Gemini Workforce Solutions and LockLeed International. He has spent more than 20 years in staffing and recruiting, including nine years as Vice President of Sales at Thoemke Enterprises and national sales and business development roles with Spherion and Employment Staffing Group, before founding LockLeed International in 2015.
A former Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps (1994 to 1998), John knows firsthand how hard a career change can be, and he built the group around a simple idea: put good people in front of employers who will value them.
He leads the team from the Minneapolis area and studied at Bemidji State University.
