The HR Generalist serves as the primary on-site HR resource for our Minnesota manufacturing facilities. This role supports a multi-shift production environment and plays a key part in employee engagement, culture building, talent onboarding, safety promotion, and payroll/timekeeping compliance. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, independent decision-making, and daily visibility on the production floor.

As our manufacturing operations grow, we’re expanding our on-site HR presence to ensure every shift has a dedicated partner focused on engagement, safety, and team member well-being. With more boots on the ground and more support in every plant, our HR Generalists will be closer to the work, closer to our people, and creating deeper, day-to-day impact across all of our manufacturing hubs

Straight Answers

Before you apply.

Does this cost me anything?

No. Never has. The employer pays our fee when you're hired. If any recruiter anywhere asks you for money to get a job, walk away.

Is this temp work?

No. Every role here is direct hire — you're on the employer's payroll, with their benefits, from your first day. We're not a temp agency.

Will my current employer find out?

Not from us. We don't send your resume anywhere without telling you which company and getting your okay first.

What if none of these fit?

Send a resume anyway. Roughly a third of what we fill never gets posted, and we work from the pipeline when a client calls.
