Travel between the buildings in your portfolio, often several in a single day, to assess and resolve facility issues on site
Use our ticketing system to plan and prioritize your day, responding to all requests within 24 hours
Handle plumbing repairs, faucets, fixtures, and leaks
Complete light electrical work, switches, outlets, lamps, ballasts, and drivers
Troubleshoot, service, and maintain HVAC systems
Perform carpentry and painting across buildings, grounds, and interiors, plus preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
Safely operate a man lift, scissor lift, forklift, skid steer, and snowplow as the work requires
