We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine. As we continue to grow and expand, we are hiring Diesel Technicians for our Truck Shop. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude (experience as a truck mechanic preferred), and has a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULES:
Sunday-Thursday, 3rd Shift, 10pm- 6am
BENEFITS:

PAY RANGE: $28- $40+/hr (open to discussion- varies based on skillset and experience)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Performs repair on diesel trucks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
• Inspect the overall condition of Truck to ensure that they meet U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports detailing their findings
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers
Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (experience working on Diesel Trucks preferred)
• CDL (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally and 10-50 lbs. frequently

• Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly work environment

In 2006 the Blaine Brothers Minneapolis location constructed and moved into a 58,000 square foot facility located in Blaine, Minnesota. Our team of professionals offer our clients solutions to the variety of challenges they face. With services offered 24/7 and the facility being open 24/5, superior customer service is provided around the clock. We have multiple bays for truck and trailer service along with a complete offering of parts. Our Service Technicians have an extensive amount of experience.Blaine Brothers has a second location in Scanlon (Cloquet), Minnesota. This facility offers the same parts and service you depend on at our Minneapolis location.
Blaine Brothers Clearwater, Minnesota location is the newest facility to service the growing needs of our clients. Located off Interstate 94 at Highway 24 (Exit 178), we are minutes from Saint Cloud. Our Clearwater location offers complete truck and trailer service and towing.
Blaine Brothers TRUCKALINE offers complete frame, suspension and alignment services.
